Cliff Hawkins Real Estate was established in 1958 and has traded continuously since formation as an independent Real Estate Agency.

Since 1993, the Company's head office has been located at Blackwood, some 14 kilometres south of Adelaide in the Adelaide foothills.

The Company specialises in residential sales throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area, property rentals, and commercial sales and leasing.

The Company also provides formal valuations, undertaken by a Certified Practising Valuer, and provides Professional consultation for development opportunities.

Since 1964, Cliff Hawkins Real Estate has sold over 4300 properties on Kangaroo Island. With full time representation on the Island since 1971, the Company specialises in house and allotment sales, small and larger acreage properties, and long term rentals.
